Alright im looking to invest in some supplements to promote overall joint, digestive, immune, recovery health. Im aware this is a pretty wide topic but i have already generated a decent list of products im interested in and would like some input on what you guys think i should add or take away.
Basically my goal is over the winter to avoid and illness as i can't afford it and make sure im utizlizing all my nutrients for proper recovery and keep my joints and ligaments fresh at all times my list is as followed.
- Orange Triad or MVP/ZMK Stack
- MycoGreen
- Super Cissus RX
- Glucosamine Sulfate
- And if i don't go with MVP/ZMK stack a Zinc product
- Omega-3
So please critque and if you have any suggestions please give me them.
