Supplement Suggestions

Hey everyone I'm new to the forums and just need some third party advice. Lately I've been a little more tired due to a busy schedule and heavy training. I work out 3 days on then 1 day off. Take whey protein in the morning, pre and post work out and casein before bed time. I also take a multi vitamin and a fish oil. I'm looking for a good product that will give me energy and more endurance. My training usually includes power lift and core strengthening and i am also running a lot due to training for a marathon. So any help would be greatly appreciated. Oh also my diet includes mainly just eating a protein substance and any vegetables they are serving. Oh I eat at a chow hall and really can' change that.

I heard about jack3d and how it's alot better than all the other NOs, so am i looking for a good NO supplement?

Try Mesomorph from APS Nutrition great preworkout powder. When I use it I get a great
strong clean energy boost with out the jitters and pretty much all my lifts go up in weight but I don't recommend using it for every workout. Get yourself a few different
preworkout supps with different ingredients and rotate them each workout so your body
never gets use to the ingredients.

I have never taken an NO for running could this possibly help out for long distances?

It does more than just Nitric Oxide boosting. I think the mental focus that it gives you would be great for any workout regardless of the type of exercise (running or lifting). It has creatine in it as well as caffeine too.

I would suggest All American EFX's Cell Rush & Kre-Alk Pro (this has a tad of caffiene in it). I promise you if you take these two pre-workout, you will NEVER have a bad day at the gym. Just my 2 cents.

For endurance, increased oxygen support, and strength take some Cordygen5. If you want a quick hitting supplement use cordygen vo2. This is not an feel it product like products with caffeine, but for increased endurance and recovery, you'll find these products very effective.

recovery Maximum absorbed protein (mango gets really good reviews)

BCAA through the day

solid protein powder to help with meals

An N.O. product Like Jack3d, White Flood, NO Shotgun or similiar products would give you a good pre-workout boost. You could also look into Intra Workout products Like Xtend, Purple Wrath or Ice. These products are taken during workout, and give a good boost of energy and endurance. These products also contain no caffiene so no need to cycle off them.
