SLDL 235 x 8/3/2 - nothing
leg extensions 215 lbs 16/8/5 - up two. i hate going up in weight on this. screws with my knees, hence the higher reps
pinwheel curls - 85x 7/5/2 - up 2 reps
standing calf raises 400 x 26, 420 x 19 - up one
hack squats 370x 9/5/3 - pulled something on last rep. up one. bleh.
mood : still higher than normal. i'm more focused in the gym, though with a few newbies around, i find myself frustrated at times
energy/endurance : couple exercises i have gone up 2 reps, so i'm liking this so far. the real challenge will be if this will continue for 2-3 weeks, or if my body will adjust to this.
additional thoughts : second dosing of T-911 repeatedly makes my tongue a bit numb feeling. anyone know why this is?
