Really, it's optional. If you punch a few holes in the side of the bottle, you should have a great time-release product.

To get the right amount of beta alanine in one go, you have to use bigger suppositories.
I perfected a method to produce XXXL sized suppositories, calling them : Beta Analine Torpedos
All you need is a pound of butter and some empty plastic bottles.

-cut plastic bottle
-melt the butter
-mix with 250 gr beta alanine
-fill the halfed-bottles and wait until solidifying
-put one half over the other and into the fridge

I like it! Screw low-dose pins and needles. This should be more like pick axes and blasting caps.

You can take few precautions such as wearing a "watch me, not spot me" t-shirt. That should explain everything

At least 7.5% of my body is water, how could I cry tears without water?
