Can you spot-store creatine like you can spot-reduce fat? I dont want my tarps getting any bigger, but there are other lagging areas Id like to increase, nomsayin_Steve_

Reassess your manliness and have dandelion by your side. Bloat is nothing more than extra gainzzzzz.

To spot-store creatine, you'll need :
-1 pound powdered iron
-1 pound creatine
-1 fist size magnet

Mix the creatine with the iron powder. Snort it like always, should take you 2-3 days to get it all in.
Now take the magnet.
With brushing motions, move it over your skin in the nose area, downwards to the desired body part. You will observe how a big boil is forming under the skin, moving synchronous with the magnet, looking like this in the beginning:



Attention: Do not move the magnet over your eyes!

Snorting is the only way. If you have trouble getting it in, use a vacuum cleaner:

-dump the creatine on a smooth surface, like a table.
-take the brush off of the vacuum cleaner
-position one nostril into the heap of powder
-hold the vacuum tube/suction hose firmly onto your free nostril
-suck air and creatine with one nostril while switching the vacuum cleaner on

You can guide the bloat to desired body parts by mixing creatine with iron powder, see previous post.

To get the right amount of beta alanine in one go, you have to use bigger suppositories.
I perfected a method to produce XXXL sized suppositories, calling them : Beta Analine Torpedos
All you need is a pound of butter and some empty plastic bottles.

-cut plastic bottle
-melt the butter
-mix with 250 gr beta alanine
-fill the halfed-bottles and wait until solidifying
-put one half over the other and into the fridge



The created analine-torpedos go in like, well, butter -with a cooling effect.
UncleSarm uses them, sometimes upping the dose to two.
