Alright so after epistane for 5 weeks at 30/30/40/40/40

I'm using nolva for 4 weeks at 20/20/20/10


Purus Labs recycle..The serving size says 4 caps, and it says take 4 caps daily..Now..is that all at once..or split it into 2 doses? I heard alot of the ingredients are dosed low So I may order another bottle and dose it at 6..

Hopefully it goes well..I'll be getting blood work at the end of the 4 weeks, Also my PCTs last day is halloween..think it will be ok to get hammered? lol

Id split the doses of the recycle. 2 in the morning and 2 at night. Currently running this but going double dose on the recycle
