20 min cardio (internals) sprints 8.5-10mph till heart rate hit 167.
I also did 40 mins fasted cardio this morning. Incline walk kept the heart rate at around 135
Yesterday was a all cardio day did 1 hour of treadmill walking with a few sets of sprints.
I have gained some body fat back the last few days... Might be water retention from all the canned chicken. I need to invest in a scale because I have no ****ing clue what I weight lol
I'm aiming for another fasted morning cardio session but I'm super horny and ain't going to sleep till I get laid so I might not get the morning session in....
