Half way through my cycle and i have been getting dizzy while working out and also having a short of breath with no sweatin. And before anyone say drink more water, I am drinking 1.5 gallons everyday. I have also found that I am sweating a lot less, if at all. My face tends to turn red and i feel over heated. What could be causing this? Is it highbloodpressure?? Oh and my pee is clean as water. I have also expirienced some weight gain in the last few day. I dont know if that has anything to do with this though.
