shocking them or gradual gain??

need some help bulkin the forearm
i do 30 reps and 5 sets each arm (wrist curls) at 45 lbs
they are very defined. just wanna bulk them up now.
should i shock them and gor for about 60 lbs?
or any other wrk outs i should do

well i would probably train them 3-4 sets of 12 at a heavier weight as in any other muscle,

could also try some static holds and some grip work!
