Would I see a significant increase in test if I ran Nolva off cycle/pct (bloods) ? I have some left over..
Might depends on things though. Do you have low test? What kind of Serm?
Doctors often perscribe Clomid to men with low test to try and bumo ig up before any trt is considered.

I would imagine clomid as a stand-alone would increase your natural test. I don't think nolva will do anything for you at this point, unless you have estro issues.

If someone has estro issues why not just use Forma Stanzol instead of nolva?

The active ingredient in forma stanzol is formestane (4-hydroxyandrostenedione), which is a steroidal (suicide) inhibitor for estrogen = its suppressive. It actually kills estrogen instead of blocking it via a pathway.
Yes the forma-stanzol may solve the estro problem, but the OP asked for an increase in natty test, and the forma will work against him in this manner since it is actually suppressive. The degree of suppression depends on the dosage, however.
