I love those Monster sessions and then hitting the Buffet!! Lol
For real, on bulks I used to go to the buffet and eat 4-10 full plates of food lol
Today were prob gonna chow down on some pizza.

I usually only eat meats at the buffet.. Fish, chicken, beef, etc Until I'm stuffed and then eat a bit more lol

Pizza has protein lol

Yeah bro! Gotta get your money's worth! Lol I stick to chicken, beef, steak, ect. Their fish is normally pretty sketch haha

I was thinking of trying High Reps on Leg day myself..

Just shoot for 100 reps or so at 135...
Leg Press for 100...
Lunges or Extensions and just crawl out of the gym..

Minimal Rest Periods etc

Give the iron marathon a shot! Ct fletcher challenge. I did it with either 135 or 185 on squat.
210 total reps.

Didn't feel good, weight felt heavy, joints aching from AI (ya I'm lowering the dose), so tired all day, cardio sucked, just a ****ty day.

Thanks! I go slow and really try to contract my back and activate the scapula on pull ups. It destroys your back! You'll get 12 soon :)

No joke. I only had a few minutes in between all the **** I had to do that day so I had to kick it into high gear! Little to no rest.

Only thing I've tried is Conqu3r, and it's outstanding. I did drop some decent money at the NP sale tho. This isn't the first time I've heard about low purity from their products, but it's hard to tell if these claims have any merit. It may just be some competitors out there who really don't want people to buy OL products. You'd think you see more reports from people claiming but hey received bunk OL products if it was legit... Although the fact that the most recent thread was deleted is kinda sketchy. Kinda wish it would have been left up so OL could have rebutted and everyone could see their argument.
