Gym is closed today...so i did bench, hammer strength incline machine, and abs at a little gym. Short and good workout.

Bench
135x12
185x12
205x10
225x8
250x5
275x5
185x15

Incline hammer strength
270x10x2
180x10x2
90x12x2

And in between every set above I did either
30 crunches
30 sec Russian twists
1 min pillar

I did each these at least 3 times.
Edit:I know I said I wasn't going to say weights, but this is such a short workout I remembered every weight I used.

275 x 5 seems like a nice step up from the cycle.

That's putting your max up there a bit higher.

Yeah I may be able to still do 315 like the last couple days of dmz. I'm honestly ok with 315 at a weight of 200-205, I'd like 405 though ;)

Good lift. Vascularity is good in my arms but in bloating a bit from the test. I can't wait to get the prop without eo so I can try that. I may do less sust and run high prop with it. I can always get more.
The 1 has me feeling good. But no differences in strength/size yet.

Day 3 of the 1. Iv noticed increased aggression and an increase in libido. No gains in mass or strength yet though. So that's what I meant by that.
What dosing do you like best? I may up it to 125 early. I'm at 100mg now.

DMZ & Test, Test & Tren.. Be 16-20 weeks..
Something along that layout as I'm not 100% certain on the back end.

Haha I'm sorry bro! Sounds a bit rough. Havin your little princess back sure beats a vaca I bet :) sudden change can be hard on the little ones. Ill go check out your log.

EO is Ethyl Oleate
BB is Benzyl Benzoate

Gear=
Hormone -> trest, etc.
+
Solvent -> almost always BB
+
Sterility agent -> almost always BA
+
Carrier oil -> commonly grapeseed, etc.

EO is a carrier oil with some interesting characteristics:
- Flows MUCH better than other oils
- Is able to maintain higher concentration gear in suspension much better than other oils
- Reduced PIP a lot
It also has some scary stuff:
- Can cause allergic reactions for some (not life threatening)
- Will chew away at rubber stoppers and such

I would stay at 100. Ive never gone over that personally and heard the difference isnt enough to be worth it. Unless of course you arent feeling anything after a week or two.
Just my 2 cents.

Hey guys. Thanks Olympus for the chance to log THE 1, and also DermaFury. And also another user that helped greatly with this cycle, you know who you are lol as well as swolbrah for the nutrition set up. Ill be running Sust 600/600/600/600/600/600/0/0/0/0/0/0/0/0/0/0/0/0/0 Test prop 0/0/0/0/0/0/200/200/200/200/200/200/200/200/200/200/200/200/200/200 Tren ace 350mg same timing as prop. Derma fury (2 bottles. Ill probably up the dose and do 6 weeks) 100/100/100/100/100/100/100/100 The 1 First 20 days-100mg Second 20 days-125mg (Ill change this probably) T3 -30days 25mg-2days 50mg-5 days 100mg-7 days 150mg-7 days 50mg-5 days 25mg-2 days 12.5mg-2 days Letro .6mg eod. Or as needed. Prami while on tren My pct will be (Maybe) HCG blast 2 weeks prior eod dosing. And 100mcg triptorelin shot if my test is floored. Pharma clomid 100-3 days then 50/50/50/25/25 Pharma nolva 20/20/20/10/10 Cel pct assist 4/4/4/4 Cialis ;) lol Maybe some forma product. (Still don't know how I feel about that whole thing, and the amount of trust people have in an OTC AI) This log will only go up till the end of the Olympus stuff, then myself and Savage99 will be running a single log covering the back end of both of our cycles. Ill cover workouts but honestly I'm not going to go over weights unless its a big increase. It's a bit of trouble tryin to remember every weight I used. I'm more concerned with my looks this cycle than my strength. Although a 375-405 bench sounds nice. And My diet is being arranged by swolbrah, the guy has been a huge help. I'm at 2700 cals 280g protein (this will be increased when the cycle gets Rollin) 200g carbs 70g fat I'm looking to recomp for this first portion. The back end will be more of a mass gaining stage and the tren will do its job in keeping me lean. Lets get this show on the road! Get in here guys!

It looks crazy on paper. But it's not that bad lol I'm really only running methyl dht, test, and t3 right now. Then ill do test and tren and t3 and then be done!
