Question for Apex Alchemy Reps

I just purchased some arimahex (great sale btw). I am 5’4” 140 lbs, 33 years old, roughly 15% bf. It says on the bottle to run 5 pumps or more a day. I was wondering for my size what would make the most sense? I don’t want to over or under do it. I was thinking 3 pumps am 2 pumps pm…
