Sorry for the lates posts... got finals coming up so theres a lot of scrambling going around.
Tuesday I did the Crossfit Regional 6 Workout in 24min! New Best Time!
3 rounds: 345lbs Deadlift to 7 ring muscle ups for 7 reps each
3 rounds: 21 wall balls to 21 toes to bar
100lb per hand farmers walk for 100 feet.... 28 burpee box jumps...100lb per hand farmers walk 100ft.... 3 ring muscle ups

Wends Workout: Heavy Leg Day:
Work up to a 1rm in the Back Squat: 315 below parellel
Work up to a box sqaut 2rm: 405
Band Squat onto box: 315 was the max here for 2reps... 10 total sets
Band Leg Curls to Back Extension: 25 of each

Leg Day Today:
Run 1 mile
Box jumps: 40" max
3 sets of Squat Snatch to Overhead squat (5 reps)
Box Squats: worked up to 405 for 3 and then 405 again for 2
3 sets: GHR for 25 reps to 25 lying band leg curls for 25 each leg

Not as much volume as I ususally do. Probably need a rest day... I'm not big on doing Nothing all day, even if its a rest day of running and abs. Anything lol

Finals have been killing me so sorry again for the late posts
I have about 3 servings left of MM so the final review will be up soon
New PR in the snatch at 165!
New PR in Box squat at 455!
Ive been focusing a lot on met-cons the last 2 days. Ill put more up soon

I posted it in the reveiw section but I did not see it posted for some reason. Ill post it here as well:

I have been currently been using Muscle Marinade for over a month now and I have to say that it has given me awesome results! The energy levels that you feel are second to none, and with the Cortisol Reducing Complex that had Vitamin C,E and B and well as Folic Acid, Zinc and Selenium, the time it takes your body to feel tired is delayed, thus making your lifting sessions longer. I personally found that my lifting sessions increased by at least 30 more minutes than usual, even with high intesity work such as Crossfit.

From a personal standpoint, Muscle Marinade has helped me reach 5 different PR's! My box squat and deadlift are both at 455 right now. My Clean is 235, Clean and Jerk 215 and my Snatch is 165! This product is no joke. Anyone, from beginners to experienced lifters can benefit from the use of Muscle Marinade. It is a great product, and I have to say that I admire the honesty of Purus Labs and their products. They are not out to trick you by adding fillers and proprietary blends that other companies like to do.

My training is currently based on two styles: Crossfit and Westside Barbell. I do Crossfit at a minnimum of 3x a week as well as incorporate Speed and Max Effort days that are based off of the Westside Barbell techniques. I currently compete in Crossfit around the country and I am currently training for three competitions that will take place in the next month.

Again, I want to thank Grambo and Purus Labs for letting me use Muscle Marinade. It was truly an awesome product and I will definetly be using Purus Labs products in the near future!

great review, interesting to see how it wokrs for someone doing crossfitt............when and where are these competitions, how come you did not tell me of these........
