That's like 5 shakes x 50gm
U can never get enought. Just don't replace meals with shakes, supplement them
Pretty much what murk posted. I have one in the AM one pre workout one post workout and one b4 bed. Breakfast is eggs Lunch is chicken breast and dinner is steak or chicken.
I just do one post workout (I work out fasted at 5am) and one right before bed. Everything else is just food. Everybody does it differently, concentrate on hitting macros and if you have to do 5 shakes/day do it, if you only want one, do that.
