Wife and I are going on a trip that involves long flights. I don't eat protein bars typically, usually when we're on vacation and I can't get the usual 6 meals of chicken in. So what have you guys found to be good these days. Low sugar, high protein obviously. There's a litany of options that I don't feel like sifting through so I figured I'd ask on here.

Daryl's bars are my favorites.

They have a variety box too so you can try the different flavors.

I like that they have a good protein source, low sugar, and aren't loaded with sugar alcohols bc those bother my stomach.

I like Chef Robert Irvine's Fit Crunch bars. 30 grams of protein and only 6 grams of sugar. First ingredient is Whey isolate and they taste good. I usually get them from Sam's.

I want to know protein bar recommendations and I am glad I found your post where I found the exact answer, I was looking for. Thanks for suggesting Daryl's bars, I will try it out and I hope it won't give any side effect. Are you new to the casino world and need help to enter it safely? Then you can use one of my hidden Gem, which I use when I need to know about any casinos. they are a casino review website. You can find them https://casinosanalyzer.ca/ here. If you visit them you will find out, what you will get from each casino, making it easy to choose one, that can match your needs.
Thanks for the advice and also for the link, I will check it.

Edit: I checked it and it is worth spending my time on that link, thank you for sharing that link, you made my day :)

You're very welcome. I had never heard of that brand until last year and someone suggested them to me.

So many protein bars have sugar alcohols in them, which bother my stomach, and I'm allergies to soy protein and gluten, so it had been really hard for me to find a protein bar that had good macro's and that I liked the taste of.

I've got to say the Daryl's bars that I've tried have been really good. They have a different texture than many protein bars, and I mean that in a good way bc they're more filling. My average day now consists of 1 or 2 of them.

The strawberry, key lime, and mocha ones were surprisingly great. I was expecting them to be good, but they're good on the level where I just want to eat them for the heck of it bc I like them lol.
