It's over 100 post. Not sure I have the attention span for a 100+ facebook convo. I bet more than have of it is circle jerkers and trolls.

I'm assuming Phillips is skeptical over Wolfes results?

Yeah, I believe his main point was that the research showed an increase in whole-body NPB, not specifically muscle.

Yeah, I just scrolled through until I found where Phillips started commenting and then him and Brad had a back and forth.

I have a casein protein shake before bed but it's a few hours before I actually go to sleep. There are a few supps I take on an empty stomach

I do, but it's more for calories and because they're delicious.
