CEL's new Promagnon25 clone is my next endeavor. I plan to gain 6-10 pounds of lean mass with no change in bodyfat, or slight decrease in bodyfat. I'm always trying to recomp :head:

Diet
I'm going to shoot for 300g pro and start with about 300g carbs. I plan to adjust as the cycle progresses, and expect to be able to increase carbs withiout getting any fatter.
Training
I plan to do a typical 4 day split during the week with an extra upper body routine on Saturdays. I'm not going to let cardio slide during this cycle because I think it helps tremendously to prevent BP symptoms.
