The powerlifting competition is at the end of April. I'm quite pleased with my 300lb squat. If I can hit 400lbs for deadlift and 300 lbs for bench press, I'll be at 1,000lbs. I'd like to reach a combined weight of over 1,000lbs. I have a month and a half to go. God willing, I'll meet this goal!

Apparently, I'm 20lbs over what I was in December. So, even though my clothes seem to fit fine and most everything points to my not having gotten fatter, it worried me.

I think that it's muscle! Towards the end of January I started a workout program designed by a trainer at a local gym, which involved 8 workouts a week and I haven't gone off diet, though I did add more protein along with creatine and some amino's..

I have prayed about this and have done my best to train and eat right. I admit that I'm incredulous that it's possible for a 20lb muscle gain in 10 weeks. I'll use a bioreststance bodyfat device to confirm this hope when I can.

In addition, I have stopped the creatine, amino's and protein supplementation, and and hoping to contiinue to bring down my bodyfat levels.
