I will finish out the androhard 8 weeks and then do epi for like 6 weeks, then do an intensive PCT for a month....then jump on androlean....so the epi is the only harsh compound. and that is for only 6 weeks, won't go too high dosage either....

IF customs LETS YOU! lol logicially you figure to go AH then AL then epi then intensive PCT.....but hey, thats not an available option. You figure if you do a really good PCT (clomid, TRS, anabeta, daa, Erase pro etc)....and you jump on androlean, its probably the least suppressive of all the PH's as far as I can speculate....so shouldn't mess up your PCT too much if you run it post-PCT....

I'd rather just take it at night with food, so there is no real way I could burp it up since I'm sleeping. I usually use barleans gels or liquid. don't think I've used carlsons. Just seems all the brands that promise you won't burp it never deliver.

Honestly how I take mine cuz being tired is a bítch.
I usually take my 3 caps around 4pm and the other dose around 11pm. Nice 7 hours and it's usually towards the end of my day and night.
When it first was kicking in I was super tired now I am just easily irritated.
