I'm on Spring Break for the week and have only decided to do the 100 day pull up challenge for the week to get a little bit of recovery in. I am planning on starting Prime next week when I get back though and I read about how Prime takes a 7-10 days to kick in fully. So my question is, do you guys think I should start the Prime today? My next workout will be either Sunday evening or Monday. If so, what dose should I go with?
Also, I've been reading the 69 protocol thread. Does this seem to work alright for everyone? I don't think I'm willing to exceed 9/day as some people are touting.
