Possible Hip Stress Fracture - time to change my routine

Well, I'm fairly certain the hip pain I've been experiencing for the past few months is a stress fracture. I have pain when I take weight off it (the most common symptom of a pelvic stress fracture) and I began experiencing the pain immediately after walking roughly 15 miles in two days during Mardi Gras. I'll be going to a doc next week to have him look at it, as of course I know it could be something else too, but regardless I think it's time to change up my routine.

I don't want to not be able to work legs altogether, so I am asking for some advice on a good leg routine that wont involve compressing my hip. Basically something that doesn't include squatting and deadlifting etc. Any tips and ideas will be much appreciated!
