everyday for me....either cardio or weights or both. I don't feel overtrained AT ALL....in fact all my lifts are going up and I have gained 20+ lbs this semester.

Everyone is different.......

i just cast my vote in hopes of becomming the lucky person chosen to try out this news pre-workout drink.

5 times per week.

I do cardio after lifting. Makes it easier for me to actually DO it (vs. on it's own time).

I only take pre-WO products before lifting - don't need them for the cardio afterwards.

5 x per week. currently take 3 RPM, 1 hour prior followed by a protein shake within 30 minutes after w/o

5 times. On 2 off 1, on 3 off 1. It is what works best for me. I would say 1-1.5 hours per night.

5 days split with some alternating sets tossed in. Also 3 20+ min. cardio days usually following back/chest/arms.

4 times a week Lifting weights 2-3 times a week cardio (depending on goals/recovery):thumbsup:

I have tried lifting 5 days a week and tend to overtrain doing so
