why 8:1:1 BCAA's? I use iforce compete and I think it may be more beneficial due to it being whole protein sources, it also contains LCLT, LCLF, citrulline malate, a mental edge blend, electrolytes. It is one of the best intras I have ever used, why switch? BTW I use 1 scoop of iforce compete with 5 grams of bulk omega sports 2:1:1 BCAA's that I got on an awesome sale. Sorry if this question was already answered - Should I up calories further if I am already bulking? ie:4000--->4500. If I should up my calories should it be mainly with carbs if I am already getting well over 1 gram of protein per pound of bw - I get around 1.3-1.5 grams per pound of BW. Has anyone stacked anabeta with ARA, what results did you get?
