I forgot to include another pretty major thing on Saturday bc I was too excited about the bench PR, I weighed myself and I started PCT at around 247 and Saturday afternoon I was still only 248. So to me what this means is Ive managed to get stronger and probably gain some muscle while maintaining body weight. Im still pumped about the PR I set on Saturday. Diet is the same and dosing of supps is all the same. Still feeling very well rested and I can actually feel a difference in my arm, shoulder and chest size if that makes ant sense. Its kinda like feeling a constant pump, its awesome!! My lifts today were good, had great energy, and tremendous focus!! Here it is......

Leg Press: 240X15, 268X15, 360X15, 325X20, 268X20

DB Curls: 20X15, 25X15, 45X10, 35X12, 35X15

Leg Extensions: 75X15, 95X15, 146X15, 137X18, 115X20

Lat Pulldowns: 68X15, 87X15, 135X15, 120X20, 100X25

Before I began my w/o I actually had less reps planned but I was so focused and determined I had to do more. My legs were like jello when I was done. I thought for sure Id be in a little pain the next morning, but to my surprise 99% of the muscle soreness was gone by this morning. Recovery is amazing right now while running AD-3 and the rest of the stack!!

Woke up well rested, yet again. Appetite seems very strong later in the day/evening, it picks up and I am eating like an animal! Libido still not quite up to speed, but Im seeing positive results in my lifts so I guess its a wash, Lol. Today I had my normal post w/o shake, six eggs over easy about 3 hrs after the shake, first dinner was 4 pieces of Cod, second dinner is six scrambled eggs with ham and cheese then a shake before bed. Snacks as always consist of cheese sticks, nuts, protein bar sometimes, and/or fruit. Here is todays lifting log.

Butterfly: 42x10, 48x10, 69x8 (new rep PR), 60x12, 60x12

Barbell Shrugs: 85x20, 85x25, 135x15, 135x20, 135x25

Incline Curls: 20x10, 25x10, 40x8, 40x10, 40x10 (elbows felt VERY DRY and sore)

D.B. Side Raises: 20x5, 20x10, 20x10, 20x8, 20x11.5

I set a small rep PR with butterflys today. I will start using the 69lbs as my working sets for now on when doing butterflys. As I mentioned, my joints felt really dry and sore today. My elbows were cracking while doing the incline curls. Normally when Ive used a product like AD3 that lowers estrogen I feel this within the first week. I think it taking so long to dry out my joints is a good thing unless its taken this long for it to lower my estro levels. Whatever the case is, Im still happy with AD3 and will use it in the future without a doubt. I will update again tomorrow and let you know how the joints are feeling along with my daily lifting log.

Nothing new to report on side effects, negative or positive, everything is just the same. Great sleep, excellent recover and appetite is still up in the evenings. After todays W/O we will see what kind of healing power AD3 has, lol!!! Here is todays log.

Leg Press: 240X15, 268X15, 360X20, 325X20, 268X20

O.H. Tri Press (Two handed): 20X15, 20X20, 40X15, 40X20, 40X25

Leg Extensions: 75X10, 96X10, 146X10, 137X15, 115X20

SLDLs: 135X8, 135X8, 135X8, 135X8, 135X11

I decide to do some SLDLs to change it up a little and start working my hams. Let me tell you, my legs are sore as HELL right now and Im expecting them to be even worse tomorrow!! Im making it a point to take in some extra BCAAs today to help with recovery, but im sure I wont be able to sit tomorrow. I usually lift two days and take the third off, but tomorrow Im going to work some upper body and then take Friday off and see how I feel on Saturday. Ill let you know how I feel tomorrow......

Legs hams and a** were sore as HELL yesterday when I woke up. I had to go in to work day shift yesterday so I had to wake up at 6:30. I woke up fully refreshed yet again, Im usually pretty groggy when I wake up for about at least an hour, but Ive been really quick to get up and feel very energized even before my coffee. Elbows and shoulders are still a little stiff in the joints, but its nothing I cant tolerate. Appetite is still up and I still feel very tight in the chest and arms. By the time I got home from work my legs were feeling quite a bit better. I lifted yesterday w/o taking the normal day off. Here were my lifts, and notice my old bench max is now my working set!! :p

BB Curls: 55X10, 55X15, 85X8, 65X10, 65X12

Bench Press: 99X10, 128X10, 204X8, 204X9, 153X15

Iso DB Curls: 20X10, 20X15, 40X8, 40X10, 35X10

Lat Pulldowns: 68X10, 87X15, 155X8, 135X20, 135X14

My aggression and motivation was EXTREMELY high for some reason yesterday when lifting. This was def one of my better days, mind and body was totally in it!! I took today off (08/10) but will lift tomorrow (08/11). Tomorrow is also my last day for PCT then its time to start cutting on Monday. Im dreading dropping my carbs down and eating less. I will start off slow and adjust where needed because I still would like to keep my gains. Im not pressed for time as far as losing fat/weight so Id rather take it slow and keep what Ive earned the past two and a half months. I was selected to do a Log for iForce on "Hemavol" and "Compete" starting Sunday or Monday and am really looking forward to running a log for them especially since I already use their products. Ok anyway this log is about AD3, sorry for that little tangent!! Lol.....Ill check in tomorrow. Thank you again Marms!!!

Good luck with your cut.
Im actually thinking about running AD3 again after about a month break. I think it would do great during a cut!!!

Today is the ls the last dose of AD3, should say tonight. Im still waking up very refreshed, appetite is still good, libido low, and joints a little sore. Gains have been outstanding using AD3, especially since I really dont put in as much as I know I should. My everyday life is very busy with coaching football, work and just normal activities. Might just be an excuse, but its how things are right now. Anyway I will give a final review In a few days after I see what changes if any I feel. I lifted yesterday and it went pretty good, here it is.

Butterfly: 42X10, 48X15, 60X12, 60X10, 60X11.5

Barbell Shrugs: 85X20, 135X20, 135X25, 135X30, 135X21

D.B. Curls: 20X10, 25X15, 45X10, 45X10, 40X12

Tricep Cable Pushdowns: 68X10, 87X10, 120X6, 100X12, 87X15

08/12

Woke up at 7AM today. Have an extremely busy schedule. First I have to go to the football field and get the stand all cleaned out and get the field ready for our first game next Sunday, then I have my nephews birthday party so I wasnt going to W/O today, but I wont feel right not doing something. Here is the log.

Iso Curls: 20X10, 20X15, 40X10, 40X10

Military Press: 72X10, 72X10, 120X6, 95X8

O.H. Tri Press: 20X15, 20X20, 40X12, 40X12

Bench: 99X15, 99X15, 153X10, 184X8

I will not be lifting tomorrow, but I will update and do a final review in a few days after I do another big lift to let you know how it is going.

not to bump a 3 year old thread but remember its 75mg of arimistane which for many kills libido

take half dose and youll be less tired from ldopa and enough 'erase' to get the complete opposite libido
