Coming off of an Epi cycle, how should I be eating during PCT? Just smashing food to try to keep gains or maintenance. I was wanting to cut, but I figured PCT would be an awful time for that.

I say maintenance you dont wana gain fat during pct, and yea cut after pct.How was your epistane run what wer the gains like?
