Good to see you popping back in. You gotta have at least one entertaining anecdote to tell us since your last visit.

Entertaining anecdote:

I have been diagnosed with Hip Bursitis, Left side. It sucks. And I'm pretty sure this specific diagnosis is what doctors use when they don't really know what the true issue is. Been referred to the SMART clinic as of yesterday, which is a rehab facility. Pretty down about the whole thing. I've been popping pain killers like candy for the last two weeks and it hasn't resolved the injury. Pretty much hating life right now. Gonna start blasting GH to help with recovery and I just ordered some LR3 to accompany it. I'll be around a bit more until I'm back at work...

Trying to stay motivated...

I just had overly tight flexors and hips in general from my meet, so he just used some little drill looking thing that just taps you. Goes around hitting trigger points with it. The ones he hit on my torso/groin, helped immensely with my hips. He does it all over the place.

Sooooo, yeah still pretty tore up. This is depressing as all hell. Oh well it is what it is. Doing 4iu's gh daily split am/pm, along with ghrp/ghrh 200mcg each at lunch and evening. Also IGFlr3 am/pm 50mcg per dose. Along with the staples: multis and msm/glucosamine/HA/fish oil 3x per day with meals. 10mg hydrocodone 2x a day, and 800mg ibuprofen 2x a day. Still cruising on 200mg test a week split on Sunday / Wednesday, and 500 hcg a week split on Monday / Thursday.

Lets hope the healing process is fast acting and short in duration...

Why couldn't your wife have begged you for a child BEFORE you went on TRT???? That was less than a year ago! *facepalm* Women.

Dude I'm so sorry about all your back issues; I really wish you the best of luck brother. You can't catch a break with this stuff.

Womenfolk... what can I say

Thanks for the optimism man. I'm hooked up with an actual doctor now off base because the navy docs aren't worth a shít. Now that that's happened I can get an MRI to see what is really going on. Fingers crossed

I already ordered a comprehensive amount of gear for a thorough PCT just in case the hcg doesn't work. My doc said he'd monitor my recovery but wont prescribe anything besides nolva.

I have on hand the following:
Clomid
Nolva
Exem
HCG
HGH
IGF
Tada
Clen
Dutasteride

Pretty much covers everything I can think of. Sucks to spend money on this shít when I know I'll be getting back on after a couple months...

What's the clen for? Just looking to cut, or is there some kind of pct-oriented benefit I'm missing?

Cut around 10 or so lbs and its also useful for PCT in that it is pro anti-catabolic in nature, aiding in the preservation of muscle during realignment of HPTA

So good news is that I most likely suffered from muscle spasms and not a slipped/bulged disc. Also managed to transfer my rehab from CPTs to an actual Physical Therapist and will hopefully gain a referral to a chiro so it won't be out of my pocket

Off the muscle relaxers and pain killers. Take an nsaid every once in a while. Started multis again along with glucosamine/msm/blah blah blah. Eating much healthier. Down to 185 from 195 four weeks ago. Shooting for 175. Almost ready for a power PCT. My doc said he'll monitor my progress with labs. Still waiting on hcg but so far I have script HGH and clone HGH to supplement the script. The clone shít isn't anywhere near the script strength but its still good. I also picked up some dutasteride/Viagra/nolva on script as well. Taking my last test injection this weekend then blast with hcg before official pct with clomid/nolva/exem. Been running exem at 12.5mgs a day for going on two weeks and I feel much better as my hcg/trt raised my estro too high.

Physical therapy is progressing well and TENS therapy is the shít. Still waiting on a referral for a chiro but Im paying for my own this weekend as well as a sports massage. Being sidelined sucks but im learning to listen to my body better as I age

Hells yes. I want one of the professional level machines they have at the rehab center here. It has hookups for 16 pads. Imagine what you could do with 16 pads! I only use 8 at a time, 4 for my groin and 4 for my L lower back, and they're awesome as fwark. I also do ice therapy while doing TENS. Its the bees knees yo
