I knew it would be a long day since I work 10 hr shifts, so i kept waiting to see if it would go away. By the time I got off, it was still hurting. However I knew that I could still workout so instead of using it as an excuse, I pushed on. Morning 3 capsules Testatropin, 1 caps erase, preworkout 1 serving Mesomorph, 3 creatine Nitrate.

I noticed a surge in amount of weight from last time. Energy levels were still amazing with the Meso kicked in. Although soar throat, I still felt a very productive workout. Next week I will be adding 20 more lbs to my bench. I feel like the more I continue to stick with this stack and training, the more my cofidence builds in amount of weight I can do. I still stay with correct form as well. Tomorrow will be cardio day. Also noticed how much the creatine nitrate makes me full stronger with no bloating what so ever!!!! My respect goes out to APS for producing quality products that not only work, but so results rather quickly.

Followed up with 45 minutes cardio on treadmill. Not quite the 1hr but up from my usually 30 minutes. I was sweating all the way back to my house. Over all pumps were still insane despite congestion, and meso still running wild in my veins, I feel much better after workout as well. I noticed my drive getting my intesne and I feel more discipline in the gym with the help of the stack but more so from the support of all the members. I appreciate you all very much.

Meso will definitely give you that mental stim to take your motivation to the next level. That's one of the reasons I love it. Then I reminding myself you will never know how hard you can push your body if you don't at least try. I say this because I am doing more cardio now then ever before, and pushed myself to do cardio after training legs. I'm seeing myself more of cutting out the excuses and staying focused. I sweated more today then I can remember. Meso and mental will took over and I will continue push.

30 minutes cardio after lifting, I had energy through the entire workout still focused. I was very glad when I did the 175 on bench. I kept perfect form and had no trouble but I def could feel it.

Like I said before APS should become a staple for several as it is with out a doubt one if not the best products that one could get. advantage to working nights is getting in the gym early, lol- be careful of increased aggression on testatropin v2.I swear dude I was getting ill, and I'm the most laid back friendly person, but even I have limits. I don't mind someone chating with a friend they haven't seen, but this guy was talking while standing at the machine, and did maybe 10 minutes of training lol. It really got me bc bicpes are so hard for me to get stronger so I wanted to get on there and do some cable curls.

You may just be gaining muscle just as fast as your losing bodyfat, you are going up a lot every week in your weights so this may be the case.Yesterday was shoulder day. Didn't get chance to post on both forums, had a long day with inspections going on at work sorry! Still feeling the insane pumps form Mesomorph and strength increase with the Nitrate. Although I can't seem to drop weight on the scale, staying the same or a lb or two less, I feel a big difference in muscle mass and with my arms def.

standing db laterial raised started with 15 lbs to see since first time doing these in several years. Did 10 reps with ease, so moved up 20 lbs x 8,8,8,

everyone has a lift they are just not as strong at, lol. some guys can bench a ton, but can't deadlift sheit-it is the lifts you are weakest at that you have to focus on. if you do some research there are secondary lifts you can do to improve the one you are weak at.Yeah I noticed a big difference on shoulder db presses, and Saturday will be interested on chest and tri's day to see what I will be able to handle on bench.
