Had a softball tourney til 2 am this morning. Got home I think I fell asleep around 4 and woke back up at 9ish. fell back alseep off and on all after noon til late tonight lol. Wife got home and off to the gym I went for a Chest and back blast followed by sauna.

Chest:

Incline barbell presses: 165 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6, 205 lbs x 4, 245 lbs x 4

incline db presses: 60 lbs x 8,8,10

chest cable flyes: 40 lbs x 12, 50 lbs x 10,10,10

back:

wide grip pull downs: 90 lbs x 12,12,12

db rows: 50 lbs x 8,8,8

machine rows: 90 lbs x 10, 10,10

20 minutes sauna.

lol yall guys keep me going. I have had a rough week emotionally. Just crazy as it gets. But today I hit up biceps after loosing 6 lbs in the last 5 days.

Biceps:

seated alt db curls: 30 lbs x 10,10, 35 lbs x 8

seated close grip ez preacher curls: 65 lbs x 10, 85 lbs x 6,4

standing ez bar curls: 65 lbs x 10, 95 lbs x 6, 135 lbs x 3

concentration curls: 30 lbs x 10,10

21's on cable machine starting with 50's down good night first time and this sucks but you feel the burn!!

You ever done incline curls Pack? Those things freakin SUCK. Huge pumps from it though, especially when you're on High Volume.

Dude they hurt so good. I usually start with 30s and have the bench at the same incline it would be for incline bench press. Make sure your upper arm stays perpendicular with the ground and just move your lower arms (I use both arms together and go 1/1 when I can't do it hardly at all any more) and make sure when you get to the top of the move you curl your wrists so your pinky fingers begin facing you... I can usually get 15-16 in the first set, 10-12 in the second, and maybe 8 in the last. Hurts so damn bad but good lord will it pump you up!

I did 225x10x3 with Smith machine for elevated calf raises two days ago and I can barely walk today! LOL

Hit up a wicked back day for me had a good time and was friggin pump.

Back:

wide grip pull downs : 100 lbs x 10,10,10

close grip reverse pull downs: 90 lbs x 12,12,12

machine rows: 100 lbs x 10,10,10

db rows: 55 lbs x 8.8.8

Yesterday hit up some tri's and chest combo. Felt good lil bit tired but still pretty good.

Chest:

Incline barbell presses: 165 lbs x 10, 190 lbs x 6, 205 lbs x 4, 250 lbs x 2

flat db bench presses: 65 lbs x 8,8,8

cable flyes: 50 lbs x 10,10,12

Triceps:

dip machine: 120 lbs x 10,10,10

rope pressdowns: 90 lbs x 10,10,10

v bar press downs: 90 lbs x 10,10,12

reverse cable curls: 90 lbs x 12,12,12

Almost done with the run few days left!! Felt really good today especially after taking my pwo. Hit up shoulders and mile of cardio on treadmill.

Cardio: 1 mile treadmill

Shoulders:

seated db presses: 50 lbs x 10,10,10

shoulder db shrugs: 55 lbs x 10,10,8

machine lat pull downs: 135 lbs x 10,10,10

machine shoulder presses: 90 lbs x 8,8,8

Guys been extremley busy with the baby since wife has to close two nights a week. On top of softball on Mondays and work 90 to 0 lol I can barley breathe. I finished up the stack and will say as far as a pro horomone goes Reaper is top in the game. I was hovering around 225 to 233 and now down btw 217 to 221. A lot of compliments every where I go people noticed a change. The only negative I can say is it makes you a bit lethargic. Solid pumps and my arms are harder then they been. I hit arms up today!

Biceps:

seated concentration db curls: 25 lbs x 6,6,6

seated alt db curls: 30 lbs x 10,10,10

seated machine preacher curls: 60 lbs x 12,8

triceps
