Had a softball tourney til 2 am this morning. Got home I think I fell asleep around 4 and woke back up at 9ish. fell back alseep off and on all after noon til late tonight lol. Wife got home and off to the gym I went for a Chest and back blast followed by sauna.

Incline barbell presses: 165 lbs x 8, 185 lbs x 6, 205 lbs x 4, 245 lbs x 4
incline db presses: 60 lbs x 8,8,10
chest cable flyes: 40 lbs x 12, 50 lbs x 10,10,10
back:
wide grip pull downs: 90 lbs x 12,12,12
db rows: 50 lbs x 8,8,8
machine rows: 90 lbs x 10, 10,10
20 minutes sauna.
