Well I need to be held accountable for my diet since that's my week point so I decided to log everything. Quick history of myself I'm 38 years old and academy instructor for a state police agency. I have been lifting since I was a teenager but only took it seriously the last 5 years. I have put on some decent size but my diet has always been mediocre at best. But time to change and ready to get my diet dialed in. I'm 6'4 and 255lbs sitting around 22% bf and want to get to 12%ish bf the less the better. I do all the cooking for the family so it's easy for me to get my macros in.

Workout routine ATM is chest/arms,back/shoulders,legs/abs - cardio whenever I have extra time and do it twice a week. I was in a bad car accident last year so I'm trying to get my numbers back up - 5 hernations,3 bulging discs and a muscle tear so my numbers aren't the best but I don't give a fuk it's all about be better than I was the day before
