Are you taking anything to help your joints? If not, you might want to look into OsteoSport (or just some Cissus, if not want to spend much).

Definately, i had the same problem, and that took care of it. Mine were crzy dry, elbows really hurt.

ok first of all i for got to take my caps cuz my tire blew out this mornig
.. not to worry still had the best workout so far!!!!!
also i have not got the full body pump that sum ppl r reporting but!!
when i got home i took 2 pills with a huge bolw of home made from scratch dubble meat hambuger helper!! dam i could deffently feel my body just fill out after i ate i was pumps very much like a dose of AP, im seeing more veins now than ever befor, to me i think i look alittle smaller but its because im lost sooo much fat!
just saw a friend monday and i askd him how much he thought i weighd.. he said 215!!, i only last saw him the day befor i startd the1 when i weighd 196 or so

also im going to find some one who stick to there word and can meet me on time all the time to spot me.. i wish there was some1 as dedicated as me.

Taking more rest as in recovery period between sets? Or in taking recovery days? Because yeah, if you get your recovery days right, then you WILL make faster progress, than if you took only one a week or none at all, since it's in this time that your body adapts and makes any changes.

also i counted my pills, i have 2 weeks left on 3 aday, and 10days on 4 aday

then when we were at the park we had a killer workout, i did a bunch of pullups and pushups and haging curls, incline pushups

real good day guys sustain alpha is really kickin because im really braking out and im noticably more oily throught the day, also my libido is way up was well, because im runing 4 pills till the bottle is gone, 4 pills deff lowers my desire alot.

a good thing tho, my best friend who has the squat reacord at our high school(563) came with me to the gym. hes a dam good spoter and really helpd me pusht it!!!

also,... dont freak guys i think, i think my gyno is just inflamed, its only like a pee sised under mi left nipp. i noticed it yesterday, i think ther tender cuz i have have been rubing them all day so i will keep an eye on it

today was mi first day at 2 caps from being on 4 for a while, i feelt down allday kinda, just unmotivated mostly. i forgot the other pills in mi shorts this mornig.
my body has been very hard ever since the first 3 days, but now that im on prime and the 1 at the same time the muscle hardness is painfull at times really when i flex i feel like i could just flex soo hard and break my joint.

The reason I asked if you took caffeeine during cycle is because of the gyno, regardless you mentioned you RW4, even if you do not use it same day, 1 week pre-cycle is still not enough time for hormone levels to level out, increasing chances of problems. Caffeine is known to aggrevate GYNO.

Nose bleeds is very common with elevated pressure. The reason I asked if you took caffeeine during cycle is because of the gyno, regardless you mentioned you RW4, even if you do not use it same day, 1 week pre-cycle is still not enough time for hormone levels to level out, increasing chances of problems. Caffeine is known to aggrevate GYNO.
Caffeine can aggrevate gyno? Do you have any links to studies to prove this or an explanation how?

right now i feel great im alil softer looking but id say more nomal looking, i have made great gain very week evan to the last day.
i will be using formex with sustain for 8 weeks, the formex will be used to every other day just modulate my estro, so far every thing is great , the lil gyno flare anit nothing cuz it will go away

just to let you know, weed increase estrogen levels, just figured I would let you know.
alot of ppl are hung up on that, if u find a real study where smokers were tested and it proved that smoking a bowl will increase wat kind of estrogen, then i will belive.
also evan if it did the amount would be so miniscule, i only smok on the weekends mostly, and i use a vape 99% of the time,

srry im really busy finishing school right now

2 weeks in pct so i was on sustain alph for 2 weeks plus 2nd gear







Body composition and Look: from the very first pill to the last i was getting leaner

Muscle Hardness: this was insane the whole time i felt like rock every were, evan girls were telling me that i felt hard(muscles)

Vascularity: all day every day i figurd out how to eat with the one, its just like taking AP imo

Strength: HUGE!! i just got stronger and stronger so much so i really burnd out. took a few days light then i was much stronger

Speed: i could repp faster and explode on all my lifts!

Co-ordination: no joke i have gotten alot better at track, the pure raw focus that i had was soo strong and lasting, i improved my times slighty be just being focus and timimg my steps

Quality of Training: did have a copple no energy workouts but it was i didnt eat, other than those every time i was in the gym it was mayhem

Mood/Aggression: lmao , i was at my dads house and freakd on my step mom! hahahahaa good reason tho

Libido: the first week or so was crazy but then i was in a semi overtraingd state just like i had pland, thus libido was lacking opperating at 60-80%
