You ladies and gents who’ve been using OL’s Superior Protein (Muscle Building Edition), how long have you been using it for and what have you noticed since starting? How’s your progress been? Any other observations?

Went through all 5 flavors. Noticed maybe a slight increase in recovery but nothing drastic. I’ll probably just buy the regular in the future because the profile is already really good and it still has the velositol which I really like.

Unfortunately I have tried all these hyped proteins vs amino spiked proteins and have noticed zero difference between the 2. OL flavor is great if that is what you are looking for.
