took somnidren at around 11, asleep around 11:45. woke twice for bathroom. more or less woke up around 6, really didn't want to get out of bed, fell half asleep till about 8:30, finally got up

12.5mg superdrol. I think tuesday i'll shift to 20. Also took 2 leviathan reloaded as i was still sleepyheaded. Also started yesterday using bulk lipoderm from np, with additional RK, some essential oils, and clen added not going to help tons at current bodyfat, but i think it will help the areas i'm most irritated by thin out a little sooner.

pumps were pretty incredible again, but disappeared for the most part by end of cardio. A tiny bit of upper rear shoulder DOMS today, which didn't help with bench presses. Wasn't heavy doms, but that little bit along with some general tightness there was enough to limit me a little. So instead of pushing for high weight, I went for higher than normal volume :)

and then 20 minutes of cardio. It was fun to experiment with the lats, I see that the way I was working them before was pretty useless. by using lighter weights I was WAY more able to concentrate on effort coming from lats vs biceps or other muscles.

Today should have been squats too, but i'm reworking the routine so instead it will be a 4 day rotation with no off days.

Shoulders + tris

I think I will next time shoot for longer cardio on back day (like 30+ min) and do 16 min on shoulder/tris day, and possibly also work abs on chest day. We'll see how it goes

the recomp stack will turn out to be free, or i may have to pay for the x-factor, but the rest is AN stuff i've been saving up for the last 3 months :D

My budget lately has been back up a little. I had to buy resveratrol again (and that is pricey as hell), plus I need BCAA and i'm going to drop $75 for the 2 large xtend + free orange and I ended up buying 4 of the Anabolic Window tubs at vitamin shoppe since they are on clearance.

I wish I had the testosterone levels that 3/4 of the guys here have. I have to make up for it with $

only really light lethargy, and thats only when I take it on an empty stomach. I've tried harder to have at least something solid within a half hour or so after, even just a slice of bread (whole grain:)). that slows it down just enough to not be bad.

recovery time is great, and weirdly enough, my libido is up noticeably since I started on superdrol.

Still felt ok rested, but not great. Given 2 nights in a row of less than optimal sleep I need a good nite tonite for sure. No noticeable leg doms.

24 min on the treadclimber (first time on a treadmill ) since you could more or less do tabata sprints on it. So I had it programmed for 1:30 at 2mph and no incline with 30 sec of 4mph and highest incline. 12 sets of those was nice!

I like the preexhaustion idea. no heavy weight presses till after the other exercises are done. that way you pull in some different smaller muscle groups. Felt good. nice solid shoulder pump. Tomorrow i'll try that on chest as well, save flat bp + incline for last, do pec machine, maybe flies too? I'll look for other non press chest stuff. not a whole lot of isolative chest stuff.

Maybe do biceps first?

zmk came in, so I took my muscle milk lite shake around 8:15, then zmk + somnidren at 10:15. I was out within minutes of the tv getting turned off at 10:30. not sure whether I got up for the toilet or not. Woke up around 4:45 and went, got back into bed half asleep till 6:15.

did a little different preworkout stim today, 25mg ephedrine, 7.5mg yohimbine, 60mg geranamine, whatever is in 3 pea/hordenine caps. Worked out nice, particularly for cardio. Also workout today was on empty stomach due to me running out of time. I did drink 6 scoops of xtend + 2 scoops of swell during workout.

OMG, this would kill me for sure! I can do the Geranamine, PEA, Hordenine with a little caffeine but add ephedrine and yohimbe to it and I would be raging for hours before my adrenals shot out of my back and shriveled up on the floor.

Looks like the workouts have been solid and cardio is great as usual. great job!

I'm glad to see that you slept well after 2 nights of interruptions. Nothing worse than a kid in your bed. I have had a kid in my bed for what seems like the last four years straight. The baby is only 4 months old now so it could be a while before my sleep is perfect again.

The cardio i could have gone on all day really, heart rate in the 140s-170s, but I was getting bored and it was getting late and I kept clock watching. so I gave up.

Althought in lots of ways I am looking forward to our coming baby, in the sleep way I am not looking forward to it :p

They are blessing for sure until they cry or fuss at night. I've been really fortunate that all three of my kids have been pretty good sleepers. The part I hate is when the baby screams blood murder in the car......

took somnidren and zmk around 11, asleep within minutes. had some crazy dreams, but don't recall them by now. One was really long and involved, had something to do with work. Slept well, woke a few times for bathroom, had a hard time going back to sleep after the bathroom break at 4:15, but did :) got out of bed around 7:15.

so with my mental weakness, I moved the superdrol up to 25mg for the day, 12.5 morning, 12.5 later.

decided to move my whole routine around again, so today was legs/shoulders. I will also have a cardio/abs day, chest/tris and back/bis. I think I will alternate rotations as well doing chest then tris one rotation, tris then chest the next, same with back/bis.

That felt good! I really need to do more on the leg workout I think though, maybe just using TUT for it with same weights. although i'm worn and most of those counts are to failure, my legs are bounced back and not feeling like I did anything within 15-20 minutes. Whereas my shoulders (or other body parts) will feel cranked for hours. Still next to nothing for DOMS, have to love the somnidren-gh for that!

just for the heck of it I played with the measuring tape a little yesterday. seems like the only body part that has gone up sizewise is the forearms, but a few have gone down. The forearms are WAY up though :D. definitely leaner than the start of the log. only 17 days left I think, i'll be posting pics then

zmk at 10:15, somnidren at 10:40. Woke a few times for bathroom, was woken up for sex by my wife at 12:30 (she couldn't sleep) woke again right at 4 and had a hard time going back to sleep. Not sure what the significance is of 4am, but whatever. finally crawled out of bed around 6:45 feeling less than totally rested. Looking at it though, today would be 23 days in a row on somnidren, so maybe both the less than perfect sleep as well as return of DOMs is due to resistance building? maybe i'll do zmk solo the next few days.

Outside of back pumps, i'm experiencing 0 for sides. The back pumps aren't crippling, but they are there around the clock. I'm taking in about 12g a day of taurine now, so i'm going to try and jack up water intake some more. Actually other than those, I feel really good. Not quite as good as on the drive/rpm combo, but better than average. I don't want to say what the scale reads, but i'm leaner now than I was at 189, I can tell the difference in my abs. still can't see them, but the flubber coating is changing shape. Today is 2 weeks remaining give or take a day on the 1-t/superdrol combo

Mostly was mental stress related, a lot of things going thru my head. Had some vivid dreams though, but can't recall details. slight doms today in lats + maybe tris/bis a little

Looking good Easy!

One thing to consider with the 4am awakenings is that most peoples bodies natually detox the liver in the deepest portion of REM sleep which is usually 3-4am for most. This detoxing effect will be much more pronounced due to your superdrol. Anything methylated in the PH department will start to have an effect on your overall sleep quality. You could consider it a side effect that noone ever considers :confused: If you start to itch or anything its a great sign that it's time for PCT ;)

Other than that your workouts are looking great. The morning wood is a good sign that you aren't completely shut down :thumbsup:

kinda fell sort of asleep around 9pm ish, was really feeling beat. not really entirely asleep, as the house was too loud, but sorta almost napping. took zmk + 3mg melatonin at around 10:30ish, fell asleep fast. woke a few times during the nite, feel asleep fast again. woke up and started getting ready at 5:30, feeling a hair groggy at that point, decided I needed some extra boost to start off so I used ragnarok black cherry + 4 citruvol preworkout. 30 minutes later I was bouncing off the walls impatient to finish getting ready and hit the gym :)

itching to take somnidren again. Took zmk + 3mg melatonin at 10:15ish asleep fast. I'm trying a variation on what matt from millenium mentioned as well, and instead of forcing down casein 2-3 hours earlier, i'm just mixing up some xtend and keeping it on the nightstand and taking a few sips when I get up to pee. I also am adding about 5-8 g of GABA to it, so its helping me pop right back to sleep. A decent night sleep, had weird dreams that were part of a recurring series, this is about buying a house that has some rooms boarded up and closed off, but they are in funny places so its not obvious (like thru a pantry), and of course the house is theoretically haunted. just weird mostly, not really scary.

zmk + 3mg melatonin at 10ish, alseep pretty fast as I was really tired. It was fitful sleep though I woke over and over through the nite, I think tonite I leave out the melatonin. I'll restart somnidren tomorrow night I believe. woke up finally at 630, not really feeling like it was enough sleep.

today was ragnarok + citruvol again, however it was my last citruvol sample. I've got two bottles on the way though plus more ragnarok :D

The x5s weren't to failure. the 175 I could have gotten probably 4 with a spotter, but I was doing them in the power rack, and when on the negative after #2 (controlled) I hit the bars and lost tension on the muscle it was over and I couldn't restart motion.

I may try the same kind of thing for shoulder presses tomorrow as I did with chest, doing a few warmup reps inbetween at weights I know I can hit 10 + on just to get totally warm. I also had done arm rotations backwards and forwards with each arm with a 10lb plate preworkout, which apparently helped.

Your recurring dream actually sounds pretty cool. Hidden and boarded up rooms usually means stashed bodies though. Watch out! lol

I specifically don't train my triceps on chest day for this very reason. Well, and uh pride too :D Chest just fries the triceps so I can't really tell whether I am working them or if they are numb. haha

preworkout update.

Well, today is 7 days remaining give or take a couple. this means i'm 8 weeks in on 1-t, and a little over 2 on superdrol.

The 1-t really didn't do much as an oral. I think if I had that to do over again, i'd go through the effort to work out how to turn it into an oil solution. bioavailability is something like 4-5x higher that way.

Superdrol on the other hand, wheeeooooo. I started the superdrol at 189lbs, and in case you haven't noticed I haven't mentioned my weight since. Today I broke 200 again. So in 16-17 days I've gained 11 lbs. its all quality pounds, as I look leaner in the mirror than when I was at 189. I've only averaged about 300 cal over maintenance during this time, so some of it is "magical beans" weight. I'm guessing at least 2-3 lbs was just glycogen replenishment, as I had gone pretty low carb towards the end of that weight loss, and the first 3-4lbs came on within 2 days.

Measurement wise, my waist is about 1 inch smaller than start of log, around the belly button about 1.5 inches. Forearms are up around an inch (which seems crazy) most of the other measurements that I could do myself seem about the same as start, possibly down a little. I think my biceps are below 15 now, I find them to be one of the hardest to self-measure. well chest and shoulders are about impossible :) I think i'm still being optimistic on my bodyfat though, i've been estimating 17-18. Given that I was at 23% at 195 in mid dec, if i'm at 17 @ 200 we're looking at around 11-12 lbs lean mass gain which is about as good as I can expect :) I'll get the gym to caliper me again at the end of the log. I am still carrying way too much around the waist either way though (37" around the belly button is still too much), but that will be resolved in the recomp phase that will start during pct. If my guesses are right, i'm at about 162-164lbs lean mass now, which has more or less been my target.

So i'm down to the home stretch. today is a 25mg superdrol day, I have 3 more days left at that. I'll finish the remaining 3 days after that at 30. Sides have been less than when I was taking herbal test boosters :) other than back pumps. I got oilier skin and more pimples from Omega T-Force than I'm getting now. The lethargy has been just very light, only significantly noticeable for an hour or two after the afternoon dose.

and I more or less gave up. There was some chowderhead hogging the leg press doing "Pat Robertsons leg presses". I think thats the right name. Its the 70 year old evangelist who "with the power of god" was doing 1600lb leg presses. Sure he had just an inch range of motion, but by golly he moved it. This goober had 6 45s and 1 100 on each side for a total of 740 plus the skid, but was moving it less than 4 inches on each rep. Grunting and huffing on each one too. His thighs were about the size of my calves.

anyhow outside of that irritation, a good workout. shoulders are totally wiped, and overall i'm ready to go to sleep again :)

so I decided to flip to dbs for my presses, it was entertaining.

flat db presses 40x6, 55x5, 65x4, 55x7, 55x6 - with the 65s I had a hard time rotating my arms so that the handles of the dbs were in a straight line. if I left them parallel to my body, I could have easily cranked out more.

took somnidren + zmk @ 10ish, asleep by 11. slept really well, woke twice for bathroom, up at 5:25 feeling well rested. DOMS are gone again already :)

today is (since I'm working from home and can deal with the lethargy easier) 30mg superdrol, taken as 10 preworkount (6am) 10 post (10am) and 10 @ 2pm.

So i decided to try and force some leg presses. god I feel like i've wasted the last 6 months of leg exercises.

I suprised myself with the leg presses :) the db deadlifts I could have done more of 75 but for some reason it hurt my tricep and lats a little, so I didn't want to do more. I tried a couple of squats on the machine, but my CNS was too shot to really do them.

Got involved in a phone emergency last nite. took somnidren + zmk at 11:20, asleep by 11:45. woke twice. alarm went off at 530, kinda lounged till 6. Not quite enough sleep, but what can you do. made it to the gym ok, not feeling super motivated

sweet bicep pump at the end of this :) mentally a not at all satisfying workout tho. funny really. I just mentally wasn't connected during it, its a pity. the numbers were great tho. I've recounted my 1-t and I run out with my last dose saturday so only 2 days left. I'm taking them as off days, I think i have either reached overtraining or am really close. I've managed to get in 8 SAIS weekly workouts in the last 4 weeks, and done volume larger than normal SAIS, so thats enough. PCT will start sunday, i'll be continuing to log here :)

I did have a hair of DOMS today in the glutes, hams + quads, but not much, particularly considering yesterday's performance.

Wow Easy, I think all you do is kick ass in the gym! You seriously punish your self on a daily basis!:twisted: I would over train using this system so big ups to you for sticking with it so well. I can't believe DOMS aren't too bad after that leg session. Great job!

Two more days left on the cycle huh? Hopefully PCT treats you well and you can get the recovery kicked up.

Hopefully the phone emergency wasn't anything too serious last night.

a friend's server blew up at his business. So I had to lend a hand. always better when it is someone elses :)

Its gone well for sure tho. now after PCT I enter the phase of stripping off the rest of the fat so I can see all the hard work :)

took somnidren + zmk at 11:15, was asleep by 11:40. Slept well, I think I only woke up once for the toilet. Dinner was late in the evening too last nite, so i'm surprised I wasn't up a bunch of times. Woke around 5:45, feeling pretty good. DOMS in the hamstrings are a little worse today than yesterday, still not really bad or anything, just a little noticeable.

So today is an off day, and actually 2nd to last day of the 1-t/superdrol cycle, tomorrow being the end. I must have miscounted days somewhere. Doing 30mg superdrol today + tomorrow anyhow along with the 1-t.

I was at 204 on the scale today, and looking a hair leaner too. Crazy. so i'm up 15 lbs from my absolute low, and I believe i'm down at least a pound or two of fat as well. I checked with one pair of 32" waist jeans shorts that were pretty snug at 189, and they fit about the same or even maybe a hair looser yesterday.

Just to re-outline post cycle therapy plan, it will be dermacrine sustain alpha and toco-8 as the only testosterone affecting items. I'll also be starting x-factor, bulk forslean and retain 2, along with ragnarok as preworkout or possibly a new creatine product. 2 weeks into PCT i'll add in leviathan reloaded and start slowly reducing calories. Once I am past PCT, i'll be adding in Drive for sure, maybe IGF-2. I'm looking for that to be a light cut to recomp, maybe loosing 1lb a week starting march 1.

Looks like a solid plan. I think it will be very successful.

Don't you love the body fat game? I always thought I had it dialed in and then "surprise". I think you have it down pretty well now.

yeah, i'm finally getting a good grip on it. Pity, had I really started at the bodyfat level I guessed I would have been done by now. I was off by about 10-15% when I started. Which is sort of more depressing, but sort of not. I think I must have started in Jan 07 with about 135lbs of lean mass. I think today i'm up about 160-165 lbm.

This week I'll be adding in citruvol too. I think i'll need something to make up for no more superdrol + 1-t pumps. that plus the ragnarok + neovar should do it :)

Caliper results at the gym were 20%. So kinda sucks as I think its lower. Still that definitely puts me over 160lbs lean mass. I know that to get to and maintain where I want to be I need at least 165-170 in lean mass, as I'd like to be where abs are decently visible (don't have to be true 6 pack) and still be in the 190ish area. I've had such a hard time even temporarily going below 195 that I need to just live with that, and raise lean mass instead :D so maybe another 4-8lbs lean mass in the next 4 months? and loosing fat at the same time can get me there.

i think i get the best pumps from citruvol than any other product i've taken. i can't imagine how sick the pumps are going to be from that. any problems with lower back pumps so far?

not really. even at 30mg of superdrol they were ok. not great, but ok :) the superdrol is done now, so I ought to be good. Really looking forward to today. Took fr-mon off entirely, and yesterday was just abs + cardio, with today being chest + tris.

took somnidren + zmk at 10:15, was awake till a little after 11. not that I couldnt' have fallen asleep, but the wife was still up so I stayed up. slept well, had weird dreams. Woke 3x to pee, but it was totally full bladder each time. alarm went off at 530, got out of bed just a few min later. that was my last dose out of that container of somnidren. I need to check to see when I started it + how many days it lasted. i'm only dosing about 3/4 scoop, and its working very well. No doms today from chest/tris yesterday.

today was abs/cardio. not sure if I can manage abs 3x a week at this kind of rate

so i looked back, and I started this container on 12/25. so about 58 days. I took a total of 10 days off out of the container, so still 48 days worth of dosing sublingually. fantastic. Basically a 2 month supply for the $30 it costs on nutraplanet.

So i'm not sure how long to continue this log :) If you couldn't guess, somnidren gh is now a staple for me, I have bought another jar to continue to use. The DOMs reduction on top of the sleep is truly fantastic. Anyhow heres todays workout

and I feel like i'm forgetting at least one exercise. I guess I still did 4 on shoulders with the alternating front/laterals. my shoulders are all cranked right now. 600lbs on the leg press!
