Yesterday's workout

Squats: 185 x 10, 10, 10, 10, 10!
Lunges: 95 x 10, 10, 9
Leg press: 308 x 11, 10, 10
Calf press: 155 x 14, 12, 11
BB calf raises: 185 x 15, 15, 12


Solid workout. Sore as hell today from it. 185 for 5 sets of 10 is really good for me. I did that when I did it a month ago, but that word machine I was using made it only 170 so this is a big leap. Gainzzz

Cable flys: 44s x 12, 12, 11
Bent over rows: 130 x 10, 10, 9
Lat pulldowns: 100 x 10, 10, 9
DB flys: 30s x 11, 10, 10
Reverse cable flys: 22 x 12, 11, 10


Great numbers on incline. Had a nice pump in my chest. Also... Weighed in at 183.8! On my way to 190. Still pretty lean (~12%)

I think I've been on it for about 7 weeks now and am up about 9 pounds. It's going according to plan. The busier I get, the less I count my calories and gains slow down. The next few days will likely be pretty slack with all I have going on. Next week is the final week of my training program so I have final projects, final exams, presentations, proficiency tests, etc. Doing what I can

I think I've been on it for about 7 weeks now and am up about 9 pounds. It's going according to plan. The busier I get, the less I count my calories and gains slow down. Next week is the final week of my training program so I have final projects, final exams, presentations, proficiency tests, etc. Doing what I can
9lb in 7 weeks is about perfect for someone as lean as you.

Felt super tired today so I skipped calves. Great sets of squats tho. Been weighing in consistently at 183.

I switched over to 99% lean Turkey and that had made hitting my numbers way easier. This is how we do it!

It's still going. Haha. This is actually the last week so I have my final project and final exam Friday. I've been working ahead on stuff so I'm actually able to get some sleep so far.

Weighed in at 182 today. Kinda bummed about that. I've been stuck right here for weeks. And i feel like I'm looking softer and less defined each day. But I'm getting stronger so idk. 210 x 11 is really good for me on squats. My reps have gone up like 30 lbs in the last 2 months

Was running short on time so I did what I could. Went super hard on bench. I hit the sticking point on my first 3 sets and BARELY got through it alive. I'm sore already

But my calories but went way too high on fat. Eating eggs for breakfast always ruins my numbers

Though you were on a bulk? with your metabolism your could cut those abs back out in no time!

I went hard as hell on bench again. Thought it was getting stuck on my chest twice. But man, 200 x 5 is awesome. My original max was 205 x 1!

Would have liked to hit some lat pulldowns but I ran out of time. Good stuff tho.

One more thing... Weighed in at 185!
