How true. I was excited to start a new training program tomorrow and found out the gym I go to isn't open. Real bummer

So had the day off work today and got to dose the stack right before my workout for the first time. Holy Hell I had An amazing workout and sweat going. Crazy good energy to push me through a power workout. I'm on mobile today so won't get into detail with the workout but have a few notes. So I've dropped cals a bit and while on this stack have lost zero strength. My last power day was the last week of a run on alphamax and I hit 225 for five reps and three sets. Fast forward three weeks and six pounds lighter, I hit that today, and had enough energy for a drop set afterwards. I'm really pleased with results from this stack and from the hard work I'm putting in

Thanks guys! I'm one of three new reps for Myokem. I'd been wanting to get back into the rep game for a little bit since life has settled down at home with the baby sleeping more and finally being settled in with my new job and home. And Myokem really interested me with their current line of products and what's on the horizon. Gonna be fun!

Off day from gym today, but am thinking of going for a jog when I get home since it's above 30 degrees, lol. Starting to see abs that haven't been there for quite awhile, feeling good!

Dang, almost forgot to update! Had a good leg/shoulder workout today. Still kicking right along, appetite suppression is good and nice energy throughout the day. Tomorrow is weigh in! And I don't really care what the scale says, it's pretty obvious I'm leaning out so we'll see what the ol scale says. Knees were killing me today with the cold front moving in. No joke my knees get really creaky and painful when it gets too cold due to missing cartilage I guess.

PRRS Leg/Shoulder Power Day
Hack squats 3x6
Calf Raises 5x8
Freemotion squat machine Dropset
Shoulder Press 3x6
Facepulls 3x6
upright row 3x6
front/side raise 3x6 each
Core for 5 mins
10 minutes brisk walk 1 min flat, 1 min full incline
5 minutes stair climber bout killed me!

Yea I like it a lot too. With my crappy knees I can use it at the end of a workout and really nail some dropsets Without much pain

Alrighty, another week down! Weighed in today and still at 214 so a drop of 6 lbs. I tend to not care much about the scale, but rely more on feel and look. I am definitely much leaner than when I started and feel great, so still going strong and kicking butt. Gonna have a nice relaxing weekend, which is much needed! Some live music tonight, then lots of time with the wife and daughter the rest of the weekend. Life is good. I'm also gonna switch up my routine starting next week, been many months since I have. I will be switching so I can hit up the big parts twice a week so should be a good test!

Todays workout PRRS Power Arms
DB curl 3x5
wide grip cable curl 3x5
skullcrushers 3x6
triangle pushdowns 3x6
21's curls
21's reverse grip one arm tricep extensions
Hammer curls to exhaustion
tricep dips to exhaustion
15 minutes elliptical varied resistance and incline

Not giving up! I have run it in the past and this current run has been over 4 months. I've noticed my chest lacking a bit so wanted to shock the system and hit everything up twice a week for a bit. Then back to PRRS :) Hands down my favorite routine.

Very nice. Oatmeal and vanilla both are great, so is a double chocolate, and coffee stout. That said, a simple Guinesss is typically my go to.
