Myopharma Epibolin log (My Epilogue) Gained 7lbs in 10 Days!!!
Yes this is my first post, and, yes it is lengthy.
This is going to be a flexible plan that I will modify as time goes on.
I have a friend that had great results with IBE Epistane, and I have read a lot about HAVOC, but I got a great deal on Myopharma’s Epibolin, so that is what I went with.
My most conservative plan would be 4 weeks ; 2 Days at 15mg, followed by 4 weeks at 30 mg. The most I would go would be 6 weeks, dosing up to 45 mg.
Like everyone else I am usually very busy with work, family, school, and life in general. I am fortunate that January-February I will have a lot of time off of work to dedicate to diet and nutrition. Due to the nature of my work I might not be able to do another cycle for a long time, probably 4-5 years, if ever. Following this cycle I plan on experimenting with a reduced calorie/carb diet and seeing how lean I can get.
My Stats:
Age: 33
Height: 6’0
Weight: 176
Current Bench ~ 280
BF ~ 7.5%
Previous AAS/PH Cycles: 0
Previous Workout Experience: High School Football, 2 years serious weight lifting, I took about 2 years off, and now I’ve been working out 5-7 days a week every day since March.
General Goals: Bench 315, No Long term damage, no injuries, lower body fat to some degree.
Nutritional goals:
1-1.5 Gallons of Water a day
Daily: 225-275 Grams Protein = 900-1100 Cals
150-300 Grams Carbs = 600-1200 Cals
60-70 Grams Fat = 630
Total Cals= 2500-3000 ~40/30/30
If I am starving or not seeing weight gain in the frist week I’ll bump up to 4,000ish and maintain the same ratios.
Workout:
Focus is compound exercises. Workout in the AM with an expected duration of 1:15-1:45.
Day 1: Shoulders/Traps: Military Press, Headstand Pushups etc. /ABS
Day 2: Legs: Squats, Deadlifts Forearms culrls etc.
Day3: Rest
Day 4: Chest/Tris: Bench, Dec Bench, Weighted Dips (etc.)
Day 5: Back/Bi’s: Pull-ups, Chin-Ups, Rows, etc.
Day 6: Cardio, HIIT, Run Stairs etc
Day 7: Repeat Day 1
The easiest way to break down what my intentions is to run though one “ideal day” which is laid out below.

The Epi-logue.
I will weigh myself daily, and measure my body fat weekly using both calipers and electronically. I Plan on posting every few days, or anytime something significant happens. I will start the cycle January 9th and will plan on completing it 4-6 weeks later. I will post before/after pics as well as pics if there is any significant mid cycle change.
The items I have questions about are:
1. What is the general consensus about the use of cortisol blocking products?
2. Why doesn’t anybody dose down at the end of the cycle. (e.g. 30mg then 20, then 10)
3. Is there also a general consensus that Creatine should help with the dryness of the compound?
4. Am I missing anything?
Any questions/comments/criticism are welcome.
