Hey guys

It all actually started on this forum, as I back in 2013 started to feel different, weak, and lost. I posted a topic if it was the supplements causing the wierd sensation of total malfunction. It eventually turned out to be testicular cancer, wich was missdiagnosed for 7months "RETARD DOCS" I have since then come back and posted replies about my recovery, chemo, videos, and progression about my life.

After finishing a big documentary wich was about my intire life: refugee, cancersurvivor, ect.
People started to subscribe to my youtube account wich in that moment was not even running! They were curious as how my recovery would go, how far i could take it, how strong i was growing and simply just wanted to follow me life after seeing my video.

Since then I have started to post videos to not only satisfy them, but also myself! I am very motivated and inspired by the people that follow me, and it gives me even further energy to fuel the power within me.... Therefore i cannot thank them enough

So its been one year since i finished chemo, Im a 1-year cancer survivor! Combatting testicular cancer is not easy and the chemo is seriously rough. Make no mistake about it.

A new video is up:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=pbRWExIBEZ8
Improvement in speed, power and mind! + I still got it (song with my ranting)

With 4 months dedication into capoeira, i have been able to progress in many ways such as:
1. Weightloss
2. Speed
3. Controle
4. Body dynamics aswell as movement knowlegde

I had a 2month break from bodybuilding wich eventually led to a weightloss while combined with capoeira! I have lost strength and size, but the endruance, health, movements that came from that are actually outweighin simple mass and strength by miles in my oppinion.

Holidays have arrived and i will not head back home and consentrate on rebuilding strength and size, while looking forward to a 240-250kg sumo deadlift! Wich should be possible within 2-3months if i choose to gain weight back.

I hope you all like the video, the results, and show it by liking, subbin, and sharing!

Hello everyone
I want share this video with you! Its about my journey with cancer, surgeries and chemo! I lost everything I had in life, my body, my mind, my girlfriend and my job, but I did not lose my hope.

Bodybuilding - Powerlifting does help us become psychically fit, but one of the biggest gifts that it offers is a iron will to succeed! It teaches us dedication, preparation, and execution 3 rules that work in every aspect out side the gym! Workingout also teaches us that with time and passion every we always reach our goal, but our never ending lust for continues progression always keeps us fighting for that one more improvement! For me, it made stand up by myself, it made choose pain rather then meds, it made to think in reps rather then in sets... And eventually with 6-8months of struggle, from not being able to walk one mile due to hardend lungs, from not being able to laugh because of pain TO suddenly being a resurrected state of my former self, but with a way higher passion to succeed and motivate others as I once did as a trainer.
I hope you guys like the video, share and support me!

Hey again people.
I'm still alive :) going strong, getting better, letting go and growing into something new.

So whats new! Well have traveled India 2times, a year in total and then Philippines for a month. As a cancer survivor I believe it is important to experience joy once more. Leaving the hospital and trusting your heart, leaving the pale walls, needles, ct-scans and actually living life and letting go of what once was! Today I am in my home country Serbia and doing little hobby of mine that I have just started..... Blogging wisdom... Sharing.

In todays post I have written about preworkouts, its affect on sleep, quality, hormones, stress, depression and overall gains and health! My blog is called Becoming Human Again and involves reinstalling our true nature. By this I advocate a full natural way of living, diet, training, philosophy and so on. Link: http://becomminghumanagain.blogspot.rs/2016/06/should-i-workout-when-feeling-tired.html

I hope you will give it read, tell me about your experience with preworkouts. Its ups and downs. Why you use it. And so on!
Thanks yet again.
