- Current Training Schedule / Protocol (please be detailed) : i lift weights five times a week. my lifting style is supersets. day1 chest/back, day2 bis/tris/forearms/abs, day3 shoulders/traps/abs, day4 off, day5 chest/back(high reps), day6 bis/tris/forearms/abs(high rep) day 7 off

n lifting days i warm up with a short jog 1/2-1 mile or ill do 1/2 mile warm up and 1/2 mmile when im done lifting. on my days off ill have my cardio days. varys from jogging, running, stair climber, speed walk incline with weight on treadmill. trail run.

- Current Diet & Macros (please be detailed) : 5-6 meals. high protein, carb cycling(usually low but higher on intense workouts like chest and back days) and low fat diet, i eat very clean and portioned sized foods. healthy fats, and when i consumer cabs theyre complex.

- Why should you be selected as a tester? (state your case) : Im a hardgainer and breaking a sweat and pushing my body to its limits is what i do. I want to compete in bodybuilding at some point. so always finding staple supplements is something that i do. this opportunity would be great bc i can monitor the effects and changes that this supp can make on me and at it to my staple. Some people are addicted to cigarettes and alcohol but mine is the gym, and supplements help my addiction. So help me get BIGGGG. If i get picked i can give before, during and after pics as well as measurements and constant updates on weight change, strength gains, body comp changes, vascularity and pump changes, etc. i would really like to run the Cre-02/citruvol to see my body blow up and grow like a beast.
