Got back from vacation and I am ready to hit it again and continue grinding it out. Goals are to further reduce body fat, add strength, and add lean muscle. Just going to have fun. I am going to try out the 5/3/1 for at least the 4 weeks to see how I like it and if I can continue on it. If not, I will probably revert to PHAT.
I will try to stick to maintenance calories and add some cardio on my off days.
