Ya, not real sure about tuna and eggs...........
You are missing out and if fats are a little higher that day add a little cheese. Man haven't you ever heard of quiche no really it sounds like a bad idea but it is good. If fat isn't higher then sprinkle with some Parmesan cheese it is good as a mofo!
Work meals. Nothing sexy but it'll work.

Each one is -
10oz of ground eland and 93/7 beef mixed
1.5c black beans

Tad higher fats today
Making me hungry!

By the way chest is looking massive in that pic!

Alright man I will give it a shot. I just cooked up 4 cups of egg whites and 16 eggs last night, I will mix it in with some and see how it tastes..

Work meals look great. Very similar to how I do it; my 3 work meals are usually pretty much the same thing split up. If work meal one is rice, brocc & chicken thighs, guess what 2 & 3 are gonna be? But it gets exciting - there will be hot sauce too :)

Yeah easy for me is good. I'd eat the exact same thing seven times a day if it actually worked like that lol.

Just did biceps today. Short on time sucks

Spider curls (two count hold)

Incline db curls (palms up whole time 2 count hold)
45'sx8x5

Crossed body hammer curl (two count hold)
40'sx15x4

Cable curl (two count hold.......)
90x15x4

Db curls
40'sx12-10xfst7

Thirty seconds rest between all sets but fst7 those were 15 seconds rest

I like sweet potatoes.. especially dusted with cinnamon
I have them this way about 3-4 times a week. One of my favorites!

Squat machine (targeting sweep)

Posing focusing on legs primarily for ten minutes after lifts.

Right.

It can be done on the leg press as well this was just a change of pace.

Feet low on the platform ,heels close , toes slightly pointing outward. On the eccentric movement you need to bring your knees outside of your waist line and on the concentric think of driving your knees towards each other. If done correctly they work like a charm.

If I go that heavy again ill need some wrist supports. Little wobbly.

Wrist wraps are a solid investment, maybe wait til EFS does a sale? (If they aren't already)

Maybe. I always think guys who use them with less then 4 hinge on the bar are douches though...Lol

Yeah, it's not a necessity, but at the same time, jacking up your wrists can throw a wrench in your training. It's not like you'll need a pair of $60 wraps like the guys benching 700 either. Some 24" gangsta wraps or Inzer Z's would do you just fine.

LOVE my new Iron Rebel 24" Raptors. They had a Black Friday sale, but a pair of knee wraps get any pair of wrist for free. $50 shipped for some 2.5 Rhinos and the Raptors. Both are awesome. Rhinos are soft, stretchy and plenty of stopping power with nice pop, and the Raptors are very stiff/supportive without being painful like their Outlaws.

The Raptors are night and day better than my elitefts entry level ones, but even those give a lot of support if you crank them and are like $10 on sale.

I only wear wrist wraps at 275 and up - below that, it just doesn't seem to be necessary/make a difference. Mainly for comp for me, or some kind of overload.

agreed. He's been fined and suspended enough times. Ray rice smacks his wife once and he never plays again. Suh is a dirtbag with a record and he plays still.

Didn't rice win his appeal? He can play, I just doubt any team will want him with the bad publicity (and he wasn't playing incredibly well before that)
