when do you have to cut these out. cuz im currently consuming a decent amount of olive oil and 20-30g fish oil daily

I think it would be most beneficial to stop before you start x-factor.

Luckily it isn't a safety thing, its an effectiveness thing - xfactor partially works on how it binds to cox2 sites, and the inflammation, and taking fish oil interferes with that. since you are taking normal doses of fish oil, probably stopping the day before you start taking xfactor is ok. I'm going to have to stop a bit earlier than that

1-2 days before should be fine. Like Easy stated, it's about effectiveness.
