Here's my dilemma, i workout in the early hours of dawn and it takes too much time to mix my pre workout cocktail, so I've been preparing these the night before but I'm not sure it its okay to do so.
Here's what i mix!
Creatine
Glutamine
BCCA
Arginine
Beta-Alanine
Taurine
Carnitine
Does anyone know if there's any down side effects of mixing these items several hours before consuming them?
