I see. Im using condense, as it's my new fav, but I still add in some things I feel missing. agmatine, citruline malate, leucine (using man's fermented leucine now).I'm using Game Day right now and that's it.
LEGs today:
started with pre exhaustion: leg extension ss with leg curls 150x 3x10
back squat: 185,225,245 x 10
dead lift: 185, 225 x 10, 245 x 8
3ft high squat box jumps w depth jump into squat: bw x 3 x 10
wanted to add some weight to the box jumps, but I was feeling shaky. still, 15 sets in about 30 min.
post workout I decided to give something different a try for this last couple weeks. 6 scoops of pf3 post workout.
just did it now, and had some what felt like grape bubble yum at the end, so I just put more water in, and will hit it up again when the foam is all gone.
