Glad to hear this; a few products claim versa-tility but this truly seems to be an anytime product as you said before.

Everytime I use it pre, I get so full an swole after the first set, makes me feel good.

After my fist set of bb curls, I had to go roll out my biceps.

I'm not sure if anyone else is experience this, but I notice it.

This is awesome! I haven't been using it that long but I feel the same way.
