Making liquid from capsules

I want to make an oral solution from a bottle of 6mg msten capsules. My goal is to be able to take a different mg than is in the cap if needed and also I would like to take advantage of sublingual dosing. The caps also include 100mg of nac, milk t, and tongkat. Others are: silica and magnesium stearate. What solution and what ratio?

I would say it is not worth the trouble. Just dose the Msten at 18-30mg.
