First off I want to thank cheftepesh1, Deathstar, and MindandMuscle for giving me a chance to log their Halo product.

A little background about me.
26 years old
174lb and around 12%Bf
lift 5-6 days a week and will be upping my cardio to 30min 4-5x a week

Diet is paleo style.

My current goals are to recomp and trim some of this fat off for the spring time

Today I hit back. Took pills 30min pre workout at 4am.

Workout was solid. Had a awesome pump throughout the entire workout. I definitely am going to be super tight for the next few days!

Past couple of days I have had some great workouts. The pump is solid. Whether that is from the Halo or the preworkout or a combination who knows. Workout will be up later today
