Thanks Kleen as always! Definitely not going for fat loss but wouldn't mind maintaining my leanness right now. I've had a few PCT's and I know how that first few weeks thing goes, but I refuse to let that get me thinking this isn't going to be the best one yet. ;-) I'm getting stronger daily and libido is rising so I'm very hopeful! If I don't keep gaining strength no biggie at all with my work ethic and strategic planning I will figure out how to bust through it in no time!I think the Abliderate should be taken 2 quarter size squirts best time after a shower when pores are open. Mine was regular abliderate not the new advanced but still. Also the smell wears off very quickly and no one notices it after 5-10 minutes. Once you put your shirt on over it no worries.
As far as how long until you notice it well you are taking it to control cortisol not for fat loss. Granted you may acheive some fat loss although I truly hope that is not your focus in PCT since it is always a bad idea to cut in PCT unless running peptides or something else that keep your muscle. Since using it to control the cortisol spike that is due sometime in the next week then you will notice in the next week or two when you don't start losing muscle mass that quickly.
Don't get too excited about PCT going well in that first week to two weeks. It is very common for people to feel great and still hit PR's in the first or second week of PCT, but then the body freaks the hell out over the low androgen levels and sends an emergency signal to produce cortisol at a rapid rate. This is when your muscle loss is at it's highest and you can easily eat up most of your new muscle if cortisol goes unchecked. So you may get a little leaner but you should be eating for maintenance or to bulk a little more in order to not lose any of that precious new muscle.
