Damn that fat macro seems really low. Hormones feel under control?

I'm assuming since you're 4 weeks out, you're pretty lean and you have been dieting for a while. I would have a refeed day for sure. You need more as you become leaner. Why are your fats so low? I know you're on cycle, but damn. Also, that calorie count overall seems low.

Was lowering them every 1-2 weeks
Then realised they are pretty low, and noticed some constipation.
so I think maybe up them to 25? Or 30?

Yea I'd up them to at least 30. 20 is really low. I know I couldn't do that haha

So the low fat intake is may be the reason of the weight stopped dropping?

Since you are using gear maybe add some exemestane to dry out more and maybe shed some water weight related to estrogen as well.

I wouldn't say the low fat is the cause of that, but some may say that fat sources, oils specifically, can help with bowel movements due to lubricating the intestines.

I would say your weight loss has stalled because your calories are too low and so are your leptin levels. Read about leptin and have a refeed day.

I wouldnt have a full on refeed lol depends how you look and feel you look .. id increase your fats and monitor change for the following 48 hrs .. if nothing to note then try a bump in carbs with the 20fats .. find what gives your metabolism a nudge

A full blown refeed could cause endless issues imo at this stage
