Hi everyone,
I apologize for posting the seemingly same thing again but my most recent post was all over the place and I have a lot of new information so I thought I would compact everything and make it easier to understand and read.
To keep it short, a few moths ago I noticed symptoms of low testosterone that I never had before. I experience brain fog, fatigue, decrease in libido, and a slight decrease in erection hardness. I went from having rock hard morning wood to having hardly any at all. I have also been working out for a year and have seen no improvements at all. I am only 18 years old and having these symptoms is very troubling to say the least so I got my levels checked (9.00 am) which led to more tests which are all listed below. Also I do not have a pituitary tumor and I've had a multicystic right kidney since I was born and it has never became a problem to my knowledge although there is a clear link between a multicystic dysplastic kidney and kallmans syndrome, but I don't think I have Kallmans becase I can smell.

Total testosterone 1st time 126, second time 338, third time 250

Also my iron levels, zinc levels, magnesium levels, and b12 levels are all on the low range, but I eat pretty healthy and I eat a lot so this might indicate poor absorption of these vital minerals (possibly leaky gut). Also, from age 15 to 17 I put on about five pounds a year and from 17 to 18 I put on 35 pounds while attempting to bulk up but most of it was fat and I really didn't eat much more than past years. I have also noticed that even in my natural state, I am very alert and somewhat anxious/stressed, which could point to an adrenal issue even though my cortisol was relatively normal. I also have no pituitary tumors. I also might have a hidden varicocele but I would assume that would cause more primary hypogonadism The combination of high tsh, mildly high prolactin, poor absorption of minerals, mild weight gain, high stress even though I don't really have much stress in my life could easily be doing this, but I don't understand how everything is related or if it is related at all. I also have a slight pain in my left shoulder when I Move it upwards or flex is which is a sign of CLL but I doubt I have leukemia. I also occasionally have slight pain in my balls but I haven't had it recently. Also, sometimes after I masturbate (usually after having alcohol I have a slight painful sensation (feel like I need to pee but cant) which lasts about 30 minutes. I also occasionally (once a month) have the feeling that I need sugar or I will pass out but I usually drink Orange juice and feel better after* a few minutes. Also that has been life long and doubt that has anything to do with this but thought I would write it down anyways.I also cut down alcohol use to once a week and marijuana to twice a week. I want to fix my testosterone issues naturally and find out the cause of this issue. In my opinion, the low testosterone is only a symptom of something greater that is going on in my body. Thanks for reading and any help or advice would be well appreciated. Even if you have a few theories that you aren't sure are true, write it down anyway as all help is welcome.

My high tsh might indicate hypothyroidism although free t3 and t4 don't seem to be out of range, so maybe the hypothyroidism is lowering my LH. I also have ruled out hashimotos thyroiditis with. Also my high dhea might indicate and overproduction of the adrenal glands which could be compensating due to a problem, but the more stable test (DHEAS for stored DHEA) came back relatively normal I think. If anyone can help it would be well appreciated.

I have a good deal of experience with this, however i will be the first to say: you should be speaking to an endocrinologist about this, not a forum of people who aren't doctors. Some of us have a lot of biochem knowledge and know a decent amount about the endocrine system, however we are not doctors. See a specialist.

The peeing sensation after ejaculation when drunk is normal. I used to get it all the time and I could never figure out why exactly. I've seen a lot of people say the same.

I believe it is from having to pee really bad and then ejaculating, or peeing a lot right before or right after sex. It is mostly right after sex for me, so I wait about 30 minutes now before I pee and all is good.

I have seen a few endocrinologists and to be honest I have lost my trust in them. According to one of them, my levels are "in range" therefore I am normal. The other one says that its impossible to find the underlying cause and offered me TRT and thyroid meds. I would have never gone to a forum without first speaking to doctors but I am not going on trt at 18. My natural levels are abnormally low and there is a obviously an underlying problem.

Also is there a specific way I should be working out to maximize gains since I have low testosterone? I forgot to note that after working out my erections are softer up until the next day.

I personally would just buy my own Clomid and try a restart protocol if I wasn't happy with my labs and no doctors were trying to help.

But, I can't recommend you do it because if your age and my lack of knowledge in the subject. It may not be the best option, but it's definitely worth a try before going on TRT.

One doctor offerered me clomid but I wouldn't want to take it for life. Is there a chance that my post clomid numbers stay the same after I come off and and that I dont have to take clomid for life?

I think so, yes. You'd have to read more about it but I would never be on Clomid for life myself lol I would do TRT instead, no question.

What are you waiting for bro?! Blast test immediately!

Seriously though, make it work with an endo. Some of them are dbags but if you keep looking you will find a good one to take care of you. Anything else is dumb.

You've seen a few endos? I highly doubt that. You want to self-medicate, that is the only thing i'm getting from your posts. And before you want to reply with "bro if you had levels like mine you'd understand." I do understand, my natural test production hovers between 100-120 from the time i was in high school.

Edit: here's something helpful though. See a new endo, say all the right things (aka: poor sleep, no libido, no energy, weight gain for no reason, etc). Ask for a MRI on the pituitary gland. That will be the first step in really seeing what's going on and make sure there's no tumor. After that then discuss further options. You have to decide basically whether you want to get on TRT for the rest of your life. That is a very personal decision. Personally, i'd rather be on TRT than not, however my job prevents me from using TRT so i suffer through it. If i could, i would hope on test faster than you can imagine with no fuks given.

Never said "if you had levels like mine youd understand", what I am saying is that I have seen 2 endos and spoken to a family friend who was a past endo. 1st endo said the she would consider clomid, second one said he would consider thyroid replacement and low dose test gel, third endo said I have no problem. The reason I want to "self medicate" is due to the fact that none of these endos have been helping find the root cause of my issue. Both have said that many times it is not possible to find out what the root cause is and all three have said there is no correlation with thyroid issues and testosterone. I also wrote in my first post that I don't have a pituitary tumor because I got an MRI.
